A well presented property is the most important factor in attracting potential tenants as first impressions will help to determine the type of tenant and amount of rent they will pay.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE MY HOME
Depending on your home it is recommended that all rooms, fittings and appliances are in working order. Have the property and carpets professionally cleaned, make sure all taps don’t drip, windows open and close properly, window coverings comply to legislation, all locks are working and have them keyed alike, fences and gates are in order, smoke alarms and safety switch installed. If there is a pool; all equipment is working and a Pool Safety Certificate obtained.
As each home offers something different our team can offer a more specific list for your needs.
HOW DO YOU SELECT POTENTIAL APPLICANTS
All applicants are thoroughly screened throughout the process. All previous rental history, employment confirmation and personal references are required as well as 100 points of identification.
