There is also walk through videos that have proven to be popular with buyers. These videos show a home as it would be seen if a buyer was walking through the property, a unique tool to have and not the normal rotating photos, well worth the cost!

Signage is a highly recommended form of advertising as it offers maximum exposure.

Signage is a highly recommended form of advertising as it offers maximum exposure and a point of reference to passing traffic and weekend ‘browsers’ who will see your sign and call with an enquiry.

A complimentary corflute sign is erected at the front of your home immediately upon signing the required paperwork. However, for the ultimate exposure, a photo sign is recommended. This type of signage allows the best features of your home to be on display.

Photo signs are individually designed for each property and are more likely to entice the viewer to make enquiries.

The signs take approximately 2 working days to arrange and remain the property of the supplying company. Once erected, the supplying company (through 2nd Avenue Realty) will attend to any maintenance or damage to the sign; they will also organise removal of the sign at the end of the marketing campaign. Alternations can be organised at an additional cost.

Floor plans can enhance your selling power by offering the layout of your property to potential buyers.

This includes accurate internal and external floor area, the aspect of all built-in cupboards, kitchen, bathroom facilities, decks, balconies and courtyards. A printed format for marketing material and a compressed version for uploading onto the internet is supplied.

Turnaround time is usually within one week and payment is required at the time of booking.

There are times that homes may need a mini makeover, staging and/or styling.

We offer our expertise in knowing the best return for maximum exposition and have a good number of marketing and advertising options available to you when selling your home. However, there are times when you may wish to seek additional forms of marketing.

Auctioneer

An Auctioneer is only used if you decide to auction your home and prices vary. We source our auctioneers from the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) and attempt to obtain the best.

Newspaper Media

In addition to the local Bayside Star newspaper, the Courier Mail and the Northside Chronicle are additional options. While paper media is a good source for buyers, it can be costly. If you would like to use these sources we strongly suggest obtaining a quote prior to proceeding.

Makeovers, Staging and/or Styling

There are times when a home may need a mini makeover, staging and/or styling. With our years of experience, we offer our services and trades people at minimum cost. Staging and styling is performed by our outsourced experts and quotes can be obtained.
